How Customersupport works

Customersupport is a SaaS platform for creating AI assistants. A business can set up its own AI customer support team for its shop or company. The service is run by Goutham, an individual (sole proprietorship) based in Karnataka, India. The AI service is being rolled out in stages.

What you pay for

You prepay for usage of the AI service. Your usage is measured in AI credit points.

How buying AI credits works

1. Log in to your business page and press Buy AI credits.
2. Enter an amount from ₹1 and your billing details.
3. You see a breakdown before paying: the amount, our platform fee, taxes, the payment gateway fee, and the AI credit points you will receive.
4. You pay securely through Razorpay, in Indian rupees.
5. The AI credit points are added to your account once the payment is confirmed, and are used up as you use the AI service.

Important

AI credits are prepaid usage credits for the AI service on this platform only. They are non-refundable, non-withdrawable and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Accounts with no purchase and no AI usage for 12 months may be deleted, with remaining credits removed and uploaded documents erased.

Taxes and bills

When GST applies, it is shown on the breakdown and the bill as CGST and SGST (Karnataka) or IGST (other states). A bill is issued for every payment.
