Customersupport is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets a business create its own AI assistant, for example an AI customer support team for a shop or company. It is operated by Goutham, an individual (sole proprietorship) based in Karnataka, India. By using the platform you accept these terms.
You pay in advance for usage of our AI service. After the platform fee and any applicable taxes, the rest of your payment is added to your account as AI credit points. AI credits are prepaid usage credits for the AI service on this platform only. When you use the AI service, credits are deducted. When your credits reach zero, the AI service stops until you buy more.
AI credits are not money, a wallet or a stored-value instrument. They are non-refundable, non-withdrawable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for anything outside this platform.
If an account has no purchase and no AI usage for 12 months, we may delete the account, remove its remaining AI credits and erase the business documents you uploaded.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay's fee and the tax on it are shown before you pay and are deducted from your payment.
A bill is issued for every payment and is available under Payment history. Where GST applies, it is shown as CGST and SGST or IGST. Exports of services are supplied under a Letter of Undertaking without payment of integrated tax.
